There are many factors which need to be considered to ensure swift and trouble-free installations, many of which need to be addressed before the physical mobilization. Open communication and co-operation between the client and contractor also contribute significantly.

You cannot beat experience and planning which enables any potential problems to be anticipated and preemptive action to be built during the planning stage.

Planning is essential. Siji Greenhouse ensures that it has a client representative with which it can communicate and make sure that it is fully conversant with the site layout, access points, permitted routes for the movement of materials, work and storage areas etc.

We discuss and agree on the work schedule before embarking on any installation and ensure that the site is ready so that our work is completed within an agreed time frame.

Transportation of materials to the site is coordinated with all perishable items being delivered in chiller vehicles to ensure that they arrive in the best possible condition.

Further, we ensure that our uniformed teams have all the necessary tools and equipment to carry out the work in an efficient, safe and professional manner, including materials to protect client’s property from damage, and to efficiently move materials to workstations and their final positions. We also carry insurance against accidental damage to client’s property.

Our experienced teams work under the direct supervision of senior management who handle client liaison and ensure that all work is carried out in an expedient and professional manner.

 

Finally, we clean up all evidence of our presence (with the exception of the planter displays), then the Siji Greenhouse manager and client representative can do a final inspection and sign off on the work, before our departure.
